Shipping overview

  • Orders are processed and handed over to the shipping carrier within 3–5 business days of purchase.
  • Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons

Shipping options and costs

  • Standard Shipping (Free):
    • Handling time: 0-2 business days.
    • Transit time: 3–5 business days after the carrier receives your package.
    • Total estimated delivery time: 6–10 business days from the date of order.
  • Expedited Shipping (USD $10):
    • Handling time: 0–2 business days.
    • Transit time: 2–3 business days after the carrier receives your package.
    • Total estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days from the date of order.

Shipping carriers and coverage

  • Orders are shipped via USPS and UPS; in some cases, an equivalent reputable carrier may be used
  • Shipping is currently available to delivery addresses within the United States (excluding PO boxes where carriers do not deliver oversized items). 

Order processing and tracking

  • You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order.
  • Once your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent with the carrier name and a tracking number, so you can follow your package’s progress online.
  • Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the package has been handed to the carrier.

Delays, lost, or damaged packages

  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be extended during holidays, severe weather, or carrier disruptions
  • If your order is significantly delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@alwayswithus.co within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date so we can work with the carrier and provide a resolution according to our Returns & Exchanges Policy
