We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Return window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Who pays for return shipping?
- Defective or damaged items: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Please contact us at info@alwayswithus.co and include photos of the damage or defect.
- Change of mind or unwanted items: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
How to initiate a return
Email us at info@alwayswithus.co within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label. Please pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using the provided label or your chosen carrier.
Refund processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. After processing, please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us at info@alwayswithus.co. We'll provide instructions and, if the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part, we’ll cover the shipping costs.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned: final sale items, gift cards, and items that have been used, worn, or altered.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@alwayswithus.co with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
