We understand that choosing an urn is part of a deeply personal and emotional journey. If the urn you received isn't quite what you hoped for, please know that we're here to help in any way we can.

You're welcome to return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee may apply, and we kindly ask that return shipping costs be covered by the buyer. To honor the care and intention behind each piece, we're only able to accept returns for urns that are in their original, unused condition. We're unable to accept returns for urns that have been used or filled.
